We publish our prices because we charge everyone the same. Where registration is involved the price you see is our fee; URSB and URA charge their own on top, and you can work those out below before you commit to anything. You will never get a second invoice for something we should have mentioned first.

We register your company end to end — name reservation, incorporation, TIN — filed by an admitted advocate. URSB and URA charge their own fees on top, and we show you those before you pay anything.

What the government charges
Filing fees, worked out before you pay anything
URSB and URA set these, not us. They are not the same for every business — a private company pays a percentage of its declared share capital twice over, so two companies registered on the same morning can owe very different amounts. Rather than bury that in a flat price, here it is.
Limited by shares. Fees rise with the share capital you declare.
This is the figure you declare at registration, not money you must have in a bank. Above five million it drives both the registration fee and the stamp duty, which is why two companies registered on the same day can owe very different amounts.

Checked against the URSB published fee schedule on 15 September 2026. These are the government’s figures, not ours — we collect them and hand them over, and the receipt comes back to you. If URSB changes them, the amount you pay changes and we will tell you before you pay anything.

The first plan is free and the next is software you run yourself. The two largest put a licensed accountant on your month, and that is what sets their price — the alternative is a part-time accountant of your own, which in Kampala runs 400,000/= to 800,000/= a month before any software.
