Starting out
Register
We register your company end to end — name reservation, incorporation, TIN — filed by an admitted advocate. URSB and URA charge their own fees on top, and we show you those before you pay anything.
+ 3 months of Aide Books included, starting the day your company exists. No payment method is taken for it.
That is our fee. URSB and URA charge their own, and what they charge depends on what you are registering and the share capital you declare — work yours out here. We collect those and hand them over at cost; the receipt comes back to you.
Typically 5–14 working days. We quote a range, never a single date — some steps depend on the authorities, and we won't promise what we don't control.
